These Terms of Service govern your use of the Illymakes online store and website and your purchase of products from Illymakes. By visiting our website, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Our online store is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to offer our products and services to you.
1. Use of Our Website
By using this website, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction or that you are using the website with the permission of a parent or legal guardian where required.
You may not use our website, products, artwork, or services for any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purpose.
You may not interfere with the security, functionality, or operation of the website or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the website, customer accounts, systems, or networks.
2. Products and Artwork
Illymakes sells artist-created merchandise and artwork, including original artwork, prints, stickers, trading cards, coloring books, apparel, accessories, paintings, skateboards, and other products.
Products may be handmade, produced in small quantities, made to order, or fulfilled through third-party print-on-demand production partners.
Because of differences in screens, printing processes, materials, handmade production, and manufacturing, colors and minor details may vary slightly from photographs or digital previews shown on the website.
Handmade and individually produced products may also contain minor variations that are part of the nature of the item and do not necessarily constitute a defect.
We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the availability of any product at any time.
3. Product Availability
All products are subject to availability.
Some products may be limited edition, one of a kind, available only in limited quantities, or discontinued without notice.
If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed due to an inventory, production, or fulfillment issue, we will contact you regarding available options.
4. Orders
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance of that order.
We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, payment issues, pricing errors, inventory errors, technical problems, or other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.
You are responsible for reviewing all order information before completing your purchase, including:
- Product selections
- Sizes and variants
- Quantities
- Billing information
- Shipping information
- Email address and contact information
5. Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed.
Many Illymakes products are made to order or fulfilled through print-on-demand production partners. Production may begin automatically shortly after an order is submitted, and we may be unable to stop or modify an order once the production process begins.
Because materials, production, and fulfillment may be initiated specifically for your purchase, cancellation requests are not accepted, including requests submitted shortly after ordering.
Please carefully review your order before completing checkout.
Nothing in this section limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
6. Prices and Payment
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated.
We reserve the right to change product prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been successfully placed and accepted, except where a clear pricing or technical error has occurred.
Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other fees will be displayed at checkout where required.
Payment must be successfully authorized before an order can be processed.
Payment information is processed through Shopify and/or authorized third-party payment providers. Illymakes does not directly store complete payment card information unless otherwise expressly stated.
7. Shipping and Fulfillment
All orders are shipped using the available standard shipping options shown at checkout.
Processing and production time are separate from shipping transit time. Handmade, made-to-order, and print-on-demand products may require additional time before shipment.
Orders containing multiple products may be fulfilled from different locations and may arrive in separate packages.
Delivery estimates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, high shipping volume, customs where applicable, or other circumstances outside our control.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.

8. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
All Illymakes sales are final.
We do not accept standard returns or exchanges for reasons including change of mind, incorrect size selection, preference, or other buyer-related reasons.
Because many products are handmade, made to order, produced in limited quantities, or manufactured through print-on-demand services specifically for an individual order, we do not generally provide refunds.
If an eligible product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within the timeframe specified in our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy. We will review the issue and determine what options may be available on a case-by-case basis.

9. Original Paintings and Skateboards
Original paintings and painted skateboards are strictly final sale.
Because these products are original, unique, or individually created works, they cannot be returned, exchanged, replaced, resent, or duplicated.
If an original artwork or skateboard experiences a shipping-related issue, please contact us so that the situation can be documented and investigated. However, an identical replacement cannot be provided.
10. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise indicated, the artwork, illustrations, designs, photographs, graphics, branding, logos, written content, product photographs, website content, and other original creative materials created by Illymakes are owned by or licensed to Illymakes and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Purchasing a physical or digital Illymakes product does not transfer copyright or other intellectual property rights to the purchaser.
Unless you have received prior written permission from Illymakes, you may not:
- Reproduce or copy Illymakes artwork or designs
- Sell or redistribute copies of Illymakes artwork
- Use Illymakes artwork on merchandise or commercial products
- Alter artwork for commercial use
- Claim Illymakes artwork or designs as your own
- Use Illymakes artwork to create competing products
- Digitally extract, trace, reproduce, or redistribute artwork from purchased products
Purchasing an item grants you ownership of that individual physical item, not ownership of the underlying artwork or intellectual property.
11. Fan Art and Third-Party Intellectual Property
Some Illymakes products may feature artist-created fan art inspired by characters, franchises, games, films, television, music, or other works owned by third parties.
All third-party trademarks, character names, copyrights, brands, and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Illymakes is not affiliated with, sponsored by, authorized by, or endorsed by the owners of those third-party properties.
Illymakes retains rights in the original artistic expression, composition, illustration, and other original creative elements created by Illymakes to the extent permitted by applicable law.
12. Coloring Books and Personal Use
Unless otherwise expressly stated, purchased coloring books, printable materials, illustrations, and similar products are intended for personal use.
Customers may color, display, gift, or otherwise personally enjoy their purchased copy.
The underlying artwork may not be reproduced, scanned, uploaded, resold, redistributed, republished, or used commercially without written permission from Illymakes.
13. Reviews, Messages and User-Submitted Content
If you submit a review, testimonial, photograph, comment, message, or other content to Illymakes, you represent that you have the right to submit that content and that it does not violate the rights of another person.
You may not submit content that is unlawful, threatening, abusive, fraudulent, defamatory, infringing, malicious, or otherwise inappropriate.
If you voluntarily tag Illymakes or send us photographs showing your purchased products, we will not assume permission for commercial reuse beyond the scope reasonably implied by your submission unless additional permission is obtained where appropriate.
14. Promotions and Discount Codes
Discounts, promotional offers, and coupon codes may be subject to additional conditions.
Unless otherwise stated:
- Discounts have no cash value.
- Discounts cannot be applied retroactively.
- Only one discount may be used per order unless the checkout specifically allows otherwise.
- Promotions may be changed or discontinued at any time.
- Certain products may be excluded from promotions.
