Returns & Refunds

All Illymakes sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or other buyer-related reasons, and we do not generally offer refunds.

Illymakes is an independent art business, and the products sold in this shop feature original artwork and artist-created designs. Many items are made in small quantities, handmade, made to order, or produced through print-on-demand services specifically after an order is placed. Because of the nature of these products, we are unable to accept standard returns or exchanges.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed.

Many Illymakes products are made to order or fulfilled through print-on-demand production partners. Production may begin automatically shortly after an order is submitted, and once that process starts, we may be unable to stop or modify the order.

Because materials, production, and fulfillment can be initiated specifically for your purchase, we do not accept cancellation requests, including requests made shortly after ordering.

Please carefully review your items, quantities, sizes, shipping information, and other order details before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If an eligible item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number along with clear photos of the item, the damage or issue, and the packaging when applicable.

We will review the issue and see what options may be available. Depending on the circumstances and type of product, we may be able to offer a replacement, reprint, or another solution. Resolutions are handled on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

Please do not send an item back to us unless you have been specifically instructed to do so.

Original Paintings & Skateboards

All paintings and skateboards are strictly final sale.

Because these are original, one-of-a-kind or individually created pieces, they are not eligible for returns, exchanges, replacements, or resends.

If your painting or skateboard arrives with a shipping-related issue, you are still welcome to contact us so that we can document and investigate the issue, but a replacement or duplicate artwork cannot be provided.

Print-on-Demand & Made-to-Order Products

Some Illymakes merchandise is produced specifically for you after your order is placed. Because these products are made to order, they cannot be returned or exchanged due to buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, preference, or other change-of-mind reasons.

Please review product descriptions, sizing information, and your order details carefully before completing your purchase.

Order Issues

If you have a problem with your order, please contact us through the contact information provided on our website. We want to know when something has gone wrong and will review legitimate order issues individually whenever possible.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
